NPC Team/Group Facility Use Request Form

This form is intended for NPC Teams and Groups only.

• Please check the church calendar to determine if the space you want to use is available for the date that you want.
• You will receive a confirmation email after filling out this form.
• You will receive an event approval email if the event is not already on the NPC calendar. Please wait for the approval email before proceeding in your event planning.

Once this request will be reviewed, the NPC Team/Group will be informed. After receiving an Facility Use Approval email, then you can move on to Step 2.
