Northminster is streamlining the process to promote its internal and community-wide events with this form.
All promotion information must be turned in by noon on Mondays to be included in that week’s newsletter, bulletin, and slideshow for the screens inside the building. If you submit information after Monday at 12:00pm, Northminster’s communication deadlines will not be delayed to accommodate your request. Your late request will be implemented as the different forms of communications are published/updated.
If you need a graphic created for your event, you will need to fill out this form earlier than you might have planned. The process to create a graphic for your event will take approximately 10 business days to get your graphic designed and approved by you before it is used in promotion of your event. Please remember that NPC staff have other deadlines that must be met as well as completing your graphic.
