The NPC office will contact you for a list of adults with their name and email address. They will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the background check. The background check requires a fee per person and paid by the renter.The use of the sanctuary requires the approval of the Pastor, the Facilities Committee Chair, and the Business Finance Management Committee Chair. The reserving group will be required to hire a NPC representative.Northminster Presbyterian Church reserves the right to relocate or reschedule this activity, deemed urgent by the Session or Presbytery. Should this occur, every effort will be made to accommodate this event in another part of the building on the same day and without disruption to the above group activity.
