Annual Men’s Golf Trip
Dates: April 13-16, 2023
Venue: Fairfield Glade, TN (near Crossville, TNl; click here for more information)
Meals: We will be on our own for food, and there are numerous restaurants in the area. Groups in the condos may want to bring things for breakfasts. Box lunches will be arranged at the course(s) on Friday and Saturday (pricing to be determined). Dinner reservations will be made for the three evenings.
Cost: $609 per golfer
Cost Includes:
- Accommodation for 3 nights in 2-bedroom condos (4 people) at Country Club Villas
- 5 Rounds of golf with golf cart (2 rounds on Friday; 2 rounds on Saturday; and 1 round on Sunday)
- All taxes and fees
Deposit: $50.00 non-refundable, due by Monday, February 6
Payment: Final payment is due at arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Before February 12: only the $50.00 deposit is forfeited.
- After February 12: it becomes more complicated with the condos accommodating 4 people; it will depend on whether we cancel in multiple of 4 or not.
Shirts: More information later on the cost.
Competitions: Normally there is a $25.00 cost per golfer for all the prizes, games, etc. More information to follow.
