Directions for Realm Phone App to check in on Sundays:

- Go to the App store and download the Realm App to your phone.
- Open Realm App on your phone.
- Sign up for an account creating a username and password. If you already have an account sign in.
- Once the Ream App is opened tap the 3 white lines in the upper right hand corner of your phone screen,
- A drop down menu will open and select Mobile Check In.
- Next a box will open with your name or names of people to check in. Select the arrow to the right of the name.
- A drop down menu will open and check the box of events you will be attending. If checking in more then 1 person repeat for each person.
- Next tap blue bar at the bottom of your screen that says Check In.
- A pop up box will show up on the screen showing the names of everyone you checked in. Tap the continue button and you have completed check in.
- Check in cannot be done until Sunday morning.
If you’re getting a “Whoops!” error, it has been corrected with the new updates to the Connect app. The latest version is 13702RC on Android.
If you are using on the current version and still seeing this issue, have them try the following steps to see if it helps the issue.
- Log out of Connect.
- Go to Android Settings, and then Applications (or Apps depending on device and Android version).
- Find Realm Connect and force stop it, then clear cache and clear data. Note: this is only clearing data on the background of the device, not affecting Realm at all.
- Uninstall the Realm Connect app.
- Install the Realm Connect app from the Play Store.
- Log back into Connect.
